In Devias, the Skill Quest is split into two steps.
Before you can complete Isabel’s Skill Quest, you must first obtain the Ring of Ice.

🧊 Part 1 – Fereya: Ring of Ice (Prerequisite)

You can get Ring of Ice from monster drops, but the easiest way is to completeFereya’s quest. After finishing it, Fereya unlocks a shop where you can buyRing of Ice anytime.

You must kill:

• x45 Assassian
• x40 Hommerds

⚔️ Part 2 – Isabel: Devias Skill Quest

After you have the Ring of Ice, you can proceed to Isabel’s Devias Skill Quest.

📌 Requirements (Devias Ground)

• Kill x70 Elite Yeti
• Kill x50 Ice Queen
• Bring 1,000,000 Gold
• Bring Ring of Ice (from Fereya)
• Bring Jewel of Chaos (the one Fereya gave you)
